The house is situated in Sant'Agata sui due golfi, in the centre of the Surrentin Peninsula that lies between the gulf of Salerno and the gulf of Naples. In an ideal position for trips to the mountains, to the sea, to the most famous turistic spots (Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi, Capri, Ischia) and archaeological sites of the area (Pompei, Ercolano, Paestum). Anna's terrace is about 100 mq and is a recent construction and well kept, the furniture is new.
